This has led us to answer the requests from many of our customers to bring the Aveo asymmetric approach to solve their problems with design and manufacturing; using our proprietary materials, and with no Chinese parts. Aveo has applied our unmatched, high performance standards to a line of drones/UAVs that are, to paraphrase an Intel saying, 100% Aveo Inside. Aveo also offers AI ATR (Automatic Target Recognition) from Modern Intelligence USA (an Aveo strategic partner) or with our proprietary AveoAI™ target recognition software. Over the past two years, we have designed a line of multi-spectral cameras and other complementary sensors such as Aveo micro radars for altimeters and drone detection. These cameras and sensors integrate with our MissionMaster™ moving map to provide situational awareness from the platform level up to a complete defense network. MissionMaster™ provides full navigation for our drones along with Aveo trigger devices, full controllers and software as part of the Aveo system.

The first request we got from Ukraine soldiers was to provide them a low profile, super lightweight surveillance or one-way kamikaze drone that features our navigation electronics, Day and Thermal cameras, ATR (automatic target recognition), that can drop a payload at extended ranges and speed above 175 kmh. We designed our AirWing family to be printed with ease in their 3D farms near the front lines.
Our modular design enables them to quickly insert Aveo component modules for any mission. Ukraine uses the Aveo AirWing for the “mission of the moment” where they can pack different explosive warheads in a variety of cones. Aveo designed these mission-specific cones and provided Ukraine with the files so they could 3d print them on the fly. AirWings feature a unique design where wing sections can be slid over the spar to change flight parameters for different ranges and payloads in a matter of seconds. Similar if you will to Transformer™ toys.
Aveo drones are made from our proprietary special materials featuring RAM, ESD and EMI characteristics.
The Aveo AirWing™ and AirWing F-150™ are economical, easy to assemble, and can be assembled in many different configurations like Lego bricks are used. The F-150 is built for long ranges, 200km and further with varying payloads. It can carry small rockets and bomblets and also cargo payloads or explosive nose cones. It can fire short range lasers to disable quad copters with ease, etc.

Aveo ConeHead™ Series

Aveo also developed the ConeHead™ interceptor as requested by Ukraine to address their present and future requirements. It is designed to kinetically intercept or to use an explosive warhead in the cone. It comes with Aveo day or thermal cameras or both, our electronics and controls and is a very high speed 350 kmh weapon. It can also be launched with the AveoJolt™ rocket assist snap-on rocket module using safe Sorbitol solid motors made by Aveo.
The ConeHead™ was built to be an easy to 3d print and quickly assemble drone that is offered as private label to companies that want to make their own drone in-country. Under a license agreement, Aveo provides you the 3d print files and also the pre-packaged internal parts required to complete the drone. This agreement is based around the use of Aveo Carbon5D™ filaments, which can more than double the printing speed of the rest of the industry. Aveo’s Carbon5D™ filaments have special RAM, ESD and EMI characteristics as well as far superior strength due to graphene integration.
Aveo Mayhem™ Series
The Mayhem is just like its name, the fastest, coolest and scariest interceptor drone in the world. Designed from the ground up with features never thought of before. There will, of course, be some rapid imitators copying our patented design but that is just how things are in this world. But Mayhem is impossible to duplicate, not just because of the special aeronautical features but because again, it is Aveo Inside that matters the most… our unique materials for the body, our CFD optimizations and deep loading and vibration analyses, our electronics made right at Aveo, our software written by Aveo, our propulsion and our cameras and sensors, and of course our payloads too. Not one aviation engineering company in the world can match any of this without years of work and insane prices. Aveo is the lowest cost producer in the industry, period.
The Mayhem takes off by itself, or by rocket assist. It goes quickly at 800kmh launch speed to altitude, and then the the propellers extend and it continues down range coming down on its unaware targets from above. Our cameras and our AI modules and our navigation avionics provide the non-Chinese secure operation, while our special materials protect against jamming that no other drone can claim.
